Delivery Times

Once you place an order on our website, delivery timelines may vary based on your location. However, we strive to deliver your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible.


You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours (please also check your spam/junk folder), contact us at care@oetker.in.


We know how eager you are to receive your new products, so we do our best to dispatch your package to you as soon as possible. Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping update. The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the local delivery service.


Shipping time depends upon the location, and on average takes 1 to 4 shipping days.

Business days refer to Monday to Friday.

Saturdays, Sundays and National holidays are not included in shipping days.
