Due to the perishable nature of products, the Company does not accept returns unless an incorrect product has been delivered. In such cases, the product must be returned unopened in its original condition. The Company will promptly arrange a refund or replacement. The Company will not issue a refund to any credit card in cases where a delivery is refused or a shipment is returned. Please ensure all shipping addresses and zip codes are accurate and complete before placing your order. Any damage or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information voids our guarantee. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of placing a new order. Once an order is placed and payment confirmation is received, it cannot be cancelled. However, if your order does not reach you within 10 days of confirmation, or if the product has a manufacturing defect, you will be entitled to a full refund.



Order Cancellation Policy – Dr. Oetker

At Dr. Oetker, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and reliable shopping experience. However, there may be instances where we are required to cancel an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances, among others:

 

Product Unavailability 

We strive to keep our product listings accurate and up-to-date. However, in certain cases, we may discover that a product you ordered is out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable.


Action: If a product is found to be unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you within 48 hours via email or phone call and offer either an alternative product or a full refund.

Refund: Any payments made will be refunded in full within 8–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

 

Payment Issues or Suspected Fraudulent Activity

Your order may be cancelled under the following payment-related scenarios:
Unsuccessful or Declined Payment: If the transaction is not successfully processed or is declined by your bank/payment service provider.
Suspicion of Fraud: If we suspect that a transaction is fraudulent or if it fails our security checks (e.g., unusual ordering patterns, mismatched billing and shipping details, etc.).

Action: We will attempt to contact you for verification or additional information. If verification is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, the order will be cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded.

 

 

Shipping Address Issues

Orders may be cancelled if there are issues related to the shipping address, such as:
Unverifiable Address: If the address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or cannot be verified.
Out of Serviceable Area: If the delivery location is outside our serviceable areas or is restricted by our logistics partners.

Action: We will contact you to resolve the issue, but if a solution cannot be reached, the order will be cancelled and any payment made will be refunded in full.

 

 

Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events, we may be unable to Fulfill your order.

Action:  In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel the affected order. A full refund will be initiated for any payments made.
